Sick
Long time since i become so sick. Fever and cough came together and really caught me off guard. I felt so warm, limbs so tired and wobbly, felt like sleeping all the time. Please let me recover soon. Thanks.

Hainan trip
This trip to hainan island really left me with greater insights and thoughts. This is my third time going back to hainan island. The first time was when i was few years old (I only remember chasing the chickens around the house in my village), the 2nd time was in 1998, and this is the 3rd time, which i believe is the most fruitful one, as i believed i had matured over the years. I was touched by the friendliness of the relatives as they welcomed us with open arms. One old relative of mine, held my hands when she first saw me, wa, i v stunned, she treated me as thou i m her grandson. haha
anyway she is my grandma's brother's wife. ok v chim. i shall leave all the identifications aside. haha
What struck me hard was what one of the relatives told me, "No matter where u r in the world, u must noe where ur roots is, thats the important thing. it is good to come back and see ur family once in a while." This really made me think. I hope to be able to keep in contact with them when i grow older nx time. All the time, it has been my grandparents and parents that are doing the ocntacting with my china relatives, i guess nx time its up to me to do it. seriously, my hainaness is half pass six, i can listen but my speaking ability is only bout 40% of their standard. haha. i guess out of all my cousins, mine is the best already, since i m the eldest and i lived with my grandparents since young, so i conversed in hainaness with them. But still, mine still sux. haha. its a pity. generations later, i think dialect is going to be lost as it is v little spoken in spore.
The weather there now is hot. a few deg hotter than spore. It is even hotter in Sanya, that explains the uneven tan lines on my arms, and feet..yes..due to me wearing slippers, can u believe it. It shows how hot it is.

After my trip there, I realised that we should be happy with what we have in spore, afterall, there are ppl with much much much much worse living conditions in other parts of the world. Yes, much worst. So Cherish what u have! Ok i shall show some pictures i took. I cant believe it when i took actually close to 1.8k of pictures..

Post korea and pre hainan trip
I miss korea. I miss the times we spent there. I miss the fun we had. I miss the funny things that we did there. I miss the shopping. I miss the BBQ pork. I miss the cool weather. I miss the company i had there. OH WELL..time to move on. I juz hope there will b more opportunity nx time again..yes HOPE is the word..cos i noe its close to impossible..haha
FLying tml to hainan island. Guess it will b a different experience. weather will definitely be hotter than seoul, but its different. Going for a tour after which i will round up my trip with a visit to my village. yes..eager to see how my nephews and nieces look like after like almost 10 yr since i last went back. ok its time to slp.
